Ezequiel Hyon (Buenos Aires, 1997. He/They) is a designer and visual artist who loves the sparks of joy and humor in life. His commission work finds clientele in need of Visual Identities, Print & Digital Assets, Typography Designs, Exhibition Designs, and Illustrations. His expanded practice revolves around Visual Worlds, Flameworking, Disidencias, Queer Archives, and Migrant Memory.
He has worked for cultural institutions such as Goethe Institut, the queer-feminist & migrant cultural center Oyoun, the independent faculty of the UdK Interflugs, the sinofuturist literature magazine Kapsel, the Museum Utopie und Alltag. He has also taught technical tutorials at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin in photography and self-publishing.
He received a degree in Photography from the Argentine School of Photography (2016), a BA in Visual Communication from the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin (2023), and has spent a term at the Graphic Design Communications department of the University of Arts London – Chelsea College of Art & Design (2022).
He is based in Berlin, Germany, and is often seen around Buenos Aires, Argentina. His whereabouts depend on his work and ongoing projects (and the seasons too).
